Dear friends of positive thinking,

Fear / Worry

Both of these things characterize the current period our nation is experiencing.
We can not change reality, but we can control the way we deal with it
Allow yourself to feel the fear / worry, when they appear.
Then repeat and affirm:
I can handle this
All that I need to deal with this comes to me
I am willing to release the fear and worry and do the things that make me feel good.
For example, talk to someone close, a quiet cup of coffee with yourself, or anything else that makes you feel good.
